At Noopur, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement in  3-7 days.

Replacement product will be delivered in 5 days.
